       @mastodon.social seems quite full and thus slow.Thinking of creating an instance, maybe for FOSS law, maybe for IP law, maybe for both.Anyone have any experience with multiple accounts at different instances and connecting and/or synching the two? I'm guessing the IP law and FOSS folks who I follow or follow me don't care about my ⚽ takes.

       @lanodan yeah I’d migrate this account to another instance I’m just thinking maybe multiple accounts for multiple instances each dedicated to one interest.I mean some folks I follow have interesting takes on issues I care about but also post on other stuff as well that maybe I don’t.Or to be specific I post substantively on FLOSS and mostly unsubstantively on ⚽️. FLOSS folks likely don’t care much about the latter.

       @webmink all these cases are too early to develop defenses of this sort. Pretty much on procedural defenses/dismissals. Your theory is a functionality defense. Functionality *should* be an argument presented, but it’s unlikely to be information theory based.
