Car didn’t start today, read 10v, charged it for a couple of hours and will check it later, pretty sure it’s good, so much misinformation on the net, first search results mostly recommend replacement, It’s probably fine, wasted so many good batteries with replacement instead of charging

Installing the first node of a little cluster that’s been in the works the last few weeks, just something to play with hpc and llm stuff with, also might try some botnet experiments and computing things in parallel, I want to be able to spin up a bunch of machines over pxe and use them to crunch numbers, just practicing on something familiar for now

@beardalaxy nice to see Wii U getting saved again, the MICA2 wireless chipsets from the gamepad are impossible to get, tried twice and both times were rejected from export in China, maybe they were also used for radar or something, was thinking of trying to repair/reball the board, they’re a common failure point

Anyway, back to playing with llm stuff, forgot to set up nvidia drivers on my little cluster, why are nvidia drivers so painful, but that is what these machines ended up with and actually why this cluster exists in the first place, next to useless as a desktop machine because the setup is so fragile, but for headless server stuff it is fine, looking into some parallel management stuff but not willing to learn much to do it, would rather kludge some bash
