       I got up early enough for a 3.5mi walk around the north side of #Cambridge #UK before work. It's cold and crisp out there, but it's nice to see mostly clear skies!

       I took the #London Underground to Heathrow for my flight home this morning. It was a packed train car with lots of coughing passengers. Iā€™m so glad I still had some KN95ā€™s on me. Also #Heathrow Terminal 2 check-in and security was absolute bedlam. Iā€™ve never seen it anywhere near that bad. Lots of switchbacks, confusion, crowds, and of courseā€¦ angry passengers.

       Iā€™ve had my adjustable standing desk for a year now and Iā€™m really happy I made the change. Iā€™m standing 90% of my work day and my posture seems much better than it used to be. It was something I was self conscious about.

       @monorailtimes When I do sit, Iā€™m sitting on a plastic chair. I was thinking of getting a nice Aeron Chair one day, but I think that same thing would happen to me.

       I got off my flight to London, cleared through the UK border control, and then got an alert on my phone: ā€œYour MacBook Air is no longer detected near you.ā€ I tell you, the panic I felt in that momentā€¦ turns out the alert was just an error and I did indeed have my computer. My heart rate is still settling. šŸ˜‚
