@kevbob the thing about firehouse is they don’t just do terrible overpriced subs, they also cloak it in the idea of it somehow being sort of a non-profit that helps firefighters when it’s a private company. It all feels gross there.

There were over 1,000 miles of tracks that connected everyone from Thousand Oaks down to Orange County. I’ve heard podcasts claim the car companies didn’t kill it, it just stopped being profitable by the 1950s, but why not turn it into a public good? Convert it to a state-run system instead of removing it all?

I wanted to get started woodworking so in the past week I built a beefy set of workbenches to make up a miter saw station. My miter saw is 15 years old and I use it constantly when building so I knew this project would be a great start on a woodshop.I finally finished and... realized I never measured the width of my saw versus the size of the plans I followed.lol, woodworking is all about learning from mistakes.
