@whynothugo yes, the same as if you make a minimal kernel build. Many of those devices have generic modules though so you don't need to load that many of them. I'm trying to figure out now how to add this data to packages so you can search apk for the kernel module for your device.

@pavel not sure what the current state is actually, it's msm8916 so it's not terrible, but according the wiki there's no call audio

@pavel the low resolution and lack of touch screen also makes it pretty impractical for real use unless you'd write some specialized UI for it

Every time I use a raspberry pi I regret it, how can all the most basic things be so weird and badly documented. I just want to rotate the 5" OFFICIAL raspberry pi monitor to be landscape, and I don't mean rotate it in xorg but properly rotate it through the entire stack in a way where it's not a massive performance hit...Also apparently it's now pretty much impossible to read the edid of a monitor on a pi 4?
