I've never played these games. I've tried because they look interesting and the idea of being a sniper agent is interesting but i just can't do the stealth. Or i never could when i was younger maybe it's time i give it another go. Anyways for now i'll let you play for me (-: Thanks Chris. When i saw the video was 20minutes long then saw how quickly you took them both out i was like "Oh something goes horribly wrong" and then BOOM game breaking bug...

This is one of my favorite games of the 90's. I've played it a bunch of times and have enjoyed every play through. This time i figured i would record the play through.Get the game(Native linux version)https://www.gog.com/game/full_throttle_remasteredThis is also my first time with Simple Screen Recorder. I also have no mic on my computer so any(if i've added some) commentary on my part is recorded after the fact and shoved into the video file.Hope you enjoy

It is allot. Blows me away how far Gaming on Linux has come. I also remember when it was just the small games. Tux cart and Tux Paint. Now it's like you can just play anything(Pretty much). Game streaming is interesting but i don't know how i really feel about it but it is the future.

Is native linux gaming dead? Yes probably but as you said is that a bad thing? I don't think so. I would rather spend time enjoying the games i play on my machine rather then spending time setting things up to make it work. Because lets be honest native linux gaming never really saw AAA titles. Most of the ones out there are bad ports. There is a part of me that has a hard time with streaming services because of the feeling of ownership but that's just something i need to get used to. It's the future. Heck it started a long time ago. Back in the mid to late 90's a service called exent was a game streaming service. As you can imagine with internet speeds what they where back then it did not work well or last but still it's been coming for a while. I'll keep playing my games on steam/proton as long as i can and i wont even feel bad about it.

@sjw@video.autizmo.xyz Maybe so but they are good enough for it to be a phone. Which really is all it needs to be. For me at least. Calls,SMS,Email,XMPP it can do all that just fine. It's all i really need...

My only issue with twitter->mastodon cross-posting is when they do not interact with the fediverse. If you want to have presence on both then fine but have an actual presence on both not just dumping your content fishing for people almost.
