@balkonsolar @jakob @lfdi bin kein Jurist, aber ich denke, es ist nicht relevant, dass die Daten auch öffentlich zugänglich sind ... sie sind personenbeziehbar und werden verarbeitet in einem Dateisystem (https://dsgvo-gesetz.de/art-4-dsgvo/) , die Ausnahmen von Art. 2,2 treffen nicht zu, die Datenverarbeitung ist unsicher nach 5,1(f), etc ... da kann ein spezialisierter Anwalt oder @lfdi aber sicher kompetenter Auskunft geben

Updated my Heltec v3 #Meshtastic device to new FW but it's still impossible to set fixed position 🙄... put it back into the scrap box 😋

@selea Doesn't work, it keeps position for a while and suddenly changes to some odd location ... fixed position not working either ...

@selea I've precise location on ... Position is changing in node list and on map integrated in app ...Thanks for trying to help, but i already wasted some time and I'm not intending to invest more. #meshtastic is a nice gadget to play around for some time, but i couldn't find any serious use case for it anyway and tech concept isn't convincing

@selea I'm using #LoRaWAN and #Tasmota for sensors on- energy metering- water metering- level monitoring on oil and rain water tanks- smoke detectors- climate monitoring- window/door monitoring- charging control for electric cars- light control- tracking of my ebike...Lots of fun with #LPWAN 😋 but conversation on #Meshtastic seems to be pretty limited to ham level (cq, qsl, hello?, qth, ...) my #Meshtastic node is high on a mast with up to 25km LOS but not really exciting

@k8vsy @seleaWOW ... that DID the job! Thanks heaps...Probably @selea also meant that, but i mistook it with precise position on the fone GPS ... apologies!That's a big disadvantage of #Meshtastic app, that stuff is distributed all over the menus - MQTT setup e.g. is a complete mess ...
