@blackenedgreen @Taweret Not so much the federation, but Star Fleet and its officers. We see very little of the wider Federation itself, apart from planets where "things have gone wrong". I'd love to see more of that too. The lives of people who don't work for Star Fleet.

Just watched #StarTrek #StrangeNewWorlds #StarTrekSNW S2E01.Largely Pike-less, but an enjoyable episode. A new lady who I guess is to be the engineer for the season helps them steal the enterprise to go find La'an who is having fun with Klingons.It was fun, plenty of good moments, but not their best. Who knew Dr. M'Benga could kick ass like that?They're setting up the Gorn to be the series villains. Not sure I like that, but we'll see how it goes.
