@dalias @gamingonlinux likely that's just the tip of the iceberg.Back when everyone was impressed about Google's reaction to ChatGPT and taking that as a sign that Google feared a competitor coming up with a better interface to search I kept wondering why nobody saw the much more immediate thread of LLMs used for SEO...

@janl kommst du zur bbuzz vorbei? Paul hat mir heute erst erzählt, dass meine liebste keynote der ganzen Jahre über dich zustande kam (die von Fiona Coath). Danke! Ich kann mich erinnern, Paul damals gefragt zu haben, ob er nicht was zum Thema Data/recommender und Impact on society auf die Bühne stellen kann. Ich kann mich auch erinnern, dass ich den Vortrag auf die erste Minute super gut fand. Es hat bis jetzt gedauert, dass ich erfahren habe, über wen der Kontakt zustande kam.

Does anyone in my English speaking bubble have convincing examples what to use ordered trees for - and for best to explain them? @sylvia - a lovely music/math/computer science teacher that ages ago was one of the children I went to school with - is looking for ways to introduce the concept to her students.

We should think, what an amazing range of useful work people are willing to share online, freely, without any monetary compensation." ... Something that occurred to me when I had a bit of time to think: Instead of stating that whatever LLM we used knew the answer, it was really all of us collectively who not only knew the answer but wrote it down and published it.
