To be fair, I haven't seen any vaxxed people saying that. the ones I know are mostly in the "safe and effective" camp. a couple of them are pissed that they bitched out and took it, but it was a tremendous amount of social and economic pressure. I was threatened with my job, my dad gave me the ol' "I have a moral duty to pressure you to get this thing cuz you're gonna kill grandma" bit, and my wife was worried about how we'd pay our mortgage if i got yeeted from work, and told me I was being selfish for not considering that.

I recognize that street corner - that is Yonge & Dundas (or Dundas Square) in Toronto. The new woke mayor has decided that the name Dundas is racist and white, so they're going to be renaming it to "Sankofa Square", which is apparantly a name from Ghana, (because why wouldn't you rename stuff in a country founded by Europeans to be African). I too just notice things, and don't even bother arguing with leftists online anymore - at least not online. I went to a thing my wife's friend was having, and there was a fat Indian guy there. The topic of Trans came up, and he gave the ol' "How does it affect you how someone else identifies? Why can't you just use their pronouns and accept them as their true self?" I explained that used to be my perspective, and years later, we've seen the consequences of denying reality, and it's not just a simple issue of courtesy anymore. He clutched his pearls and asked "what ever do you mean?" I explained they have weird gross pervy books targetted at kids now, drag queen story hours, exploding rates of kids "identifying" as trans and getting put on puberty blockers which we now know leads to under-developed bones/marrow, higher incidence of cancer, suicide, and infertility. But more than that it is just important to be truthful about things - we are a species that has only 2 reproductive roles, and it is along that dividing line that we describe men and women. He said all that is right wing propaganda, kids are not being groomed, they're just being made aware of the option and taking it because it's valid, and they never had that before.

Then he said I'm "confusing" gender and sex, and said gender is a social construct, sex is biological. Then I asked if gender is strictly a social construct, why drugs and surgeries that alter biology are being used, and he said "so they can have their outer appearance match their inner self". I pointed out "but you said it's strictly a social construct - and now you're justifying making very invasive biological changes - changes that lead these people to be infertile." Anyway, fuck that guy
