@coolhandjames Basically any fairly well supported Linux distro is comparable in function/experience to Windows. Mint/MX are great.

@coolhandjames I have to say, the one thing that I have never been able to master is Linux on my laptop. Touchpad issues always end up being a fucking nightmare to overcome.Aside from that kind of thing, I think that there will inevitably be parts that aren't perfect. They exist in Windows but we got used to them over decades of use.

@turbonagger ubuntu, mint, mx, fedora, pop... the most popular distros are absolutely fine. i cant recall the last time i tried a distro with a genuinely bad user experience.
