@PhilGastwirth walking that line is fun. I almost want a few cases, one for adventuring, one for day to day and one for minimal.I ended up with a gear4, which is pretty compact, but feels rugged enough to protect from falls. I do wish phones were just more rugged to begin with. Maybe an object which is subject to the occasional fall shouldn't be made of glass on both sides?

This is a dumb question, as I'm striking out online. I need to get a chain to a new to me bike (trek marlin 6) and I can't seem to figure out the appropriate chain length. I don't know the year the bike is, which is hindering my search. It's 3x8 Shimano altus and size 15.5 I think its in the 122 link size.

On a random note, a few years back while gardening in my back yard I tossed something and off flew my wedding ring. It had been lost for years. We knew about where it was, but I'd spent a number of hours searching back when I lost it, but it never showed up. My library has recently started a library of things, and has a metal detector. I'm the second person to borrow it. After about 45 minutes of sweeping, multiple passes, I uncovered my ring buried in the rhubarb. #LibraryOfThings #library
