Sitting at my desk at home and am in a lucky position to be able to still work from home. My window is wide open and a light breeze is coming in every now and then. Feels wonderful. And then the irritating moment when pollen floating across my view in front of the displays. Every time my eyes instantly follows those flying things like in trance, then quickly shaking my head focusing again on the task at hand.

At best, follow the 3-2-1 rule with at least:3 backups on2 devices and1 offsitePlease think about all the photos, videos, art, letters, poems, etc. you have created during the years and imagine those are gone forever. I have an #Android phone and not a very new one. It's rooted and installed with #Magisk. Unfortunately some apps seems to be a little squeamish when it comes to be used on rooted phones.So happened with a #PhotoTAN app for an online bank. Actually several of those. But I managed to find a solution at least for one of them. The internet said to use an older version of the app and behold! It worked. It's just a small thing but I was deeply happy to get it working.

Hallo Fediverse. Hier stehen 2 (!) IBM System x 3650 M3 rum, die ein neues zu Hause suchen. Eines davon lässt sich nur noch über das IPMI (Management Board) einschalten, da der Power Knopf (scheinbar) nicht mehr funktioniert. Beide Server sind ohne Platten, laufen sonst aber noch.Hätte da jemensch Interesse? Wären allerdings abzuholen in Köln. Falls jemand ein paar Euro ins Sparschwein packen möchte gerne, sonst auch für lau. Bei Interesse bitte DM.

Not through the Play Store itself but, let's say through a browser on a PC.Background: An Android device which must not use the official Google apps, hence Play Store. Does anyone know if there is a way to use Telegram without linking it to a phone? Like a web online usage? As far as I have seen you have to install an app on your phone. I really dislike Telegram but have to get support which seems to be only available through those channels. To be clear I don't want to install anything upfront on my phone if that's possible.#Telegram
