       @selea depends on what you want out of it and how "different" you want to be - it's much easier to start with a goal in mind of what you want it to be.Starting Xenia Linux was literally me and @andrs going "wow Xenia is cool wouldn't it be funny if it was a distro", then we decided we wanted to make an immutable gentoo distribution From there find a base distro to work off and figure out their build tools (I can help specifically with catalyst), then just go with whatever happens

       @selea definitely will need a cache server for the games but setting that up might be a pain as it's gonna need to be done client side as well I think (might be wrong there)The internet connection is going to be the biggest bottleneck by far i think, might be worth putting bandwidth limiting on so everyone can at least have something rather than a few people managing to use it all
