       Went to a large supermarket earlier to do a bulk shop. Here’s how things looked, bearing in mind that all sections were actively being restocked:- No tomatoes. Most fruit was also depleted apart from oranges. This is effectively two double-sided aisles each about 15 metres long that were at least 50% empty.- Very few frozen vegetables. Unless you’re looking for peas. Peaz 4 dayz, m8.- No eggs. At all.- Some cheese but even the most basic stuff costs double what it was a year ago. Anything ‘special’ (like mozzarella) now requires a small bank loan.- Plenty of mega-processed items and “meals in a can,” but scarcely any dry ingredients like pulses.Looking forward to my breakfast of turnips, blue passports and sovereignty tomorrow :blobfoxterrified:
