#introductionHi everyone, I'm so excited to join the Merveilles instance. :)I'm Luca. I live in San Francisco, but I was born and raised in Italy.Design, code, and music shaped who I am. I'm currently Design Systems Lead at Netflix, and I used to play drums in the metalcore band Upon This Dawning.Four core principles I believe in: clarity, awareness, inclusion, and evolution.

I finally took a bit of time to properly config Ranger, my new cli file manager. It feels good to get rid of Finder's little, blue folder icons.

@neauoire Is it about "getting lost", or "not understanding what it is"?I honestly love the projects' naming, and enjoyed getting into the rabbit hole :)I think the information architecture there is solid, but maybe people get confused because there's no persistent, hierarchical navigation (and when it pops up in the footer, it's solely based on related nodes).

@ian Don't know about the feasibility of it, but I'd want this when I have breakfast. Perhaps under a glass?

I got inspired by @rek and @neauoire 's breadfruit pasta on Grim Grains. https://grimgrains.com/#breadfruit+pastaI don't have access to breadfruit flour, but those noodles looked so good... So I got out, bought some stuff, and tried to make homemade, fresh pasta for the first time.It turned out pretty well! Here's a porcini mushroom version of it :)

My workmate has this incredible bluetooth replica of a typewriter. It mounts MX Blue switches, so it *kind of* sounds and feel like a real typewriter! The line space lever is fully working, and the cylinder knobs are mapped to brightness/volume. Amazing! :D

@neauoire I read about this on the Node zine! I couldn’t understand if in the States messages must be sent entirely clear.
