       @JRienke Als docent in het afstandsonderwijs heb ik weinig te maken met sollicitatiegesprekken maar wel met volwassen studenten. Ja, er zijn studenten van 21/22 die hun ouders erbij halen als er iets is. Dat kan ik mezelf niet voorstellen en dat heb ik op die leeftijd ook nooit gedaan, laat staan overwogen! (Ik ben 54).
