@beeb Github Actions aren't free for private repos. You get a bit for free. The same is true for Gitlab.Codeberg has their CI for public (!) repos in beta. There is also Travis CI around as it has been since long time ago.

@winnie13ua Well, https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/ci/runners/saas/macos_saas_runner.html and you can have a private one. Also, there is Appflow and other proprietary solutions. When it comes to build for macOS and iOS everybody trying to rob you apparently.

I really don't want go away from #Fosstodon.It's my first Mastodon instance. I've donated for some time to maintain it.I honestly don't mind what people I don't follow post about. However, it kinda looks not ok to have a moderator that expresses opinions I'm not ok with. For a moderator on the other hand that doesn't sound good as moderators have powers to shape discussions and allow same opinions to strive on an instance.>>>

What about a Tauri-based helper + a Firefox extension that wraps a PWA into a desktop app in one step? Hosting stays light: the PWA is cached; relays/self-hosted instances can serve the client.
