I hate Steam. It decided to sign me out of the mobile app and then expect me to use the mobile app to authenticate the mobile app on the same device. So now I can't get back into my account right now when I just wanted to play my damn games. Thanks, Gaben, very cool.

Remember: Writing correct enough parsers is not hard. It’s just very, very annoying. And whatever you make will probably be slightly wrong, in ways you both can foresee and can’t, and you don’t know what sort of fun, fun things spooky hackers will do with that.In other news, I have not learned my lesson and want to try writing an HTML parser with a delegate pattern again.

That invoking a function that hasn’t been defined is a runtime error, without using a code injection pattern or anything nasty like that, is vile, Python.
