Zimbabwe bids for bitcoins in dollars had maximum premium yesterday. 3X. We should say that it is just microscopic error in global LocalBitcoins volume but scanning across about 800 usd-denominated bid orders gives a picture of high demand for high volume deals.

@402PaymentRequired so the question remains: what is better for security, an ability to generate keys using additional passphrase or sophisticated design and PIN protection. As far as I know, Coldcard does not allow to use passphrase.

Something less known for people from the West. In 90's when USSR just got collapsed we used Turbo chewing gum auto images as money substitute among children (see images in the blog post below). Parents were poor so an ability to buy chewing gum was strictly limited. Different cars on the images were valued differently (collectibles). We gambled them, we exchanged them, we collect them. Just realized that this is the case of spontaneous creation of medium of exchange isn't that amazing?

Who is that genius in Ethereum who put download dependency step into 'make' stage for solidity? I can not understand this, I've assembled so many libs and haven't met such nonsense anywhere. I'm sick of npm, I'm sick of thinking how to make things work in this shitty project.

@htimsxelaGreenaddress is good, Samourai Wallet. Eclair I use often because of LN support & testnet version which is convenient for testing. It should be less connected to centralized services like Blockchain.com. Definitely no cloud backup. Also BCI wallet was just expensive (no SegWit), had noisy air drop event and useless alts. Electrum I sympathize too. Works well with my own Electrum Server but... Buggy

Spent a lot time for building an application for my DJI drone to work without DJI sowtfare. Finally, it runs on emulator. I really do not understand all these mess with Android Studio. I'm ready to by any phone able to onboard regular Linux.
