Here I am worrying that a trace is too long, zoomed in like 500% only to realize that it's only like, 1cm.

I still need to figure out a nice logo for lethalcard. It's a shame I can't do graphic design, RIP.

@aidalgol It's a SmartCard R&D / Audit tool I'm working on.The idea is that it can emulate both a card and a reader, clone cards, act as a MiTM between a card and a reader, etc. All kinds of fun stuff.Eventually I want to add a daughterboard to allow it to speak RFID/HID and NFC, maybe make a SIM and MicroSIM adapter too.

@aidalgol yup, the hardware schematics and board files are all open source, the firmware is open source, the gateware is open source. All of it.

I am distraught to find that the 8-position SmartCard contact footprint I made, that I thought I updated to make better, was in-fact, not updated. RIP, well I guess I'm fixing it again.

A good place to start is to look at the FCC documents for things you want to poke.https://fccid.io/B32MX915CTLSLots of good stuff.

Looks like it's got a few ASICs, or at least rebadged chips in it.That's kinda a pain.

Looks like it's got an anti-tamper switch in it. That's gonna be fun.

Looks like I could just run code on the thing if I had a JavaCard and knew what it wanted. Fun.

So that's the flash, 256MB CMOS NAND EEPROM.there look to be a few test points around it, but it looks like you need full access to it's parallel IO/Address bus to actually pull the data off it.Womp Womp.

I... I wonder if I could make a really janky-ass BGA ZIF socket with some laser cut acrylic and pogo pins.
