       @EU_Commission I think it's very important that virtual worlds become open and can be like the fediverse, in a way.We're in the early stage, so not many take it seriously, but it's important that organizations keep an eye on it.Especially since it's always been that governments lag behind technology.

       @internetarchive This is a bit spooky.Just yesterday I was cleaning up my drives, and found a couple of SWFs I had downloaded 10 years ago because they're avatar creators. I looked up how to open them and discovered Ruffle.Now I see this post. 😯

       I sleep on my side because my thighs hurt too much if I sleep on my back.But after a few hours, I wake up because one of my legs hurts. So I have to roll over. My poor dog has to get up and wait for me to be done.But now I'm on the other side, and my other leg hurts more and sooner. So I wake up again.Roll over.        My dog is off for grooming, and I'm losing my mind. 😂I spend 24/7/365 with her, so in the extremely rare occasions that we're apart, I feel weird.I just talked "to her" out loud as if she was here.        I can't remember if I talked about them before, but I have a nest of swallows just outside, in the back. They were here before I moved in.Every day I go outside, I make kiss noises, and one comes over and stares at me. I ask "how are you today?" and it tilts its head this way and that.Today I didn't make noises, just to try something out.I was not looking up, and suddenly I hear two high chirps. As soon as I threw kisses, it calmed down.#birds
