Heyo! I'm looking for podcast recommendations.I'm looking for slightly comedic historical ones, preferably either open about being comedy with no experts (think Technical Difficulties or No Such Thing as a Fish), or having actual experts on (You're Dead to Me).More historic and less comedic is fine, too, but the expert thing counts doubly for those, and I'd highly prefer having at least two or more experts per subject, or at least acknowledgement of bias.Dutch, English, or Afrikaans is welcome! Need some general advice on picking a new workplace.I've started with the bar on the floor, which turns out means that I accept warning flags in interviews much too easily.I'm in a severely male-dominated industry right now, and have had bad luck avoiding exploitative, sexist, xenophobic, and/or queerphobic places. I'm fine with working somewhere where I'm the token everything, but I'm not fine with being discriminated against while being that. If someone has experience picking out queer and diversity friendly places that also don't exploit their workers, I'd love to hear your advice or experience.I've got some savings so I can afford a few months of being picky this time around, but if it's something that's actually a needle in a haystack I'll have to bite the bullet and start looking much earlier. Located in the Netherlands (software development), but any experience would be worthwhile to hear about.Boosts appreciated.

Sigh.Anyone got recommendations for how to de-bloat Windows? (And how to go find and de-install random libraries and tools that I needed once upon a time but really don't anymore. Currently this task is feeling very overwhelming.) My laptop's SSD is running out of space to even do minor updates. Why do fountain pens only come in "I am a boring one or two colour block pen" or "I am tortoiseshell sunglasses in various colours"?Both are bad, I need dragons and foxes and all kinds of animals. And I know these exist, but why can't I find any? :cirno_cry:

A moment of silence for my phone screen.After roughly 4 years of falling on floors and falling apart and losing its battery each time, it now finally has its first crack.On the whole, considering how I treat my phones, this is an excellent showing. Yay Moto G4. If only you had a viable non-Android OS option. (But my banking app wouldn't work anyway so the whole thing's moot.)

@david @TheBestDogs @luna if that's Nova you mean, I follow that cat already :happycat: And thank you for the dog recommendation!Hashtags are okay but I only see a handful of things on any of them, due to tiny server, so direct links to accounts are really appreciated! For example, pretty sure I'm already following the caturday hashtag but at most I get about 5 posts every Saturday, usually less.
