@khoji It's amazing to me, this far into the digital world, that giant multi-national corporations can do software so poorly. Customer service can be variable, but software is bad for everyone.

Could open in a minute, could be an hour. Could find my decaying corpse months later, hand still on the latch, while the machine cheerfully beeps still holding the laundry hostage for an unknown ransom.
