The view from the mountain I drove over yesterday, looking towards the mountains in the distance where I was walking yesterday. At the right in the distance is Pen y Fan, South Wales highest mountain. I love this view, I walk up here from home fairly often, it's a 5 mile walk over the mountain behind my house to this point 😊

Well my walk went according to plan but the photo uploading didn't! I didn't have s signal for most of the walk. So here's one of the dam I was heading for, and I'll add a few more later.

Not very often, but once or twice a year I see a kingfisher on the local river. So today I went out with my camera to see if I could find one. I didn't hold out much hope. But I saw three in a 1 mile stretch! And I even got photos of all 3, although only one is half decent. One happy lady today 😁

@vortexqueen @Curator I do like my wine, as well as coffee and gin (and the occasional cocktail ) but these days I don't drink as often as I used to. Maybe twice a month or so. I need to up my game 😁

@Curator @otso @vortexqueen it's one of my favourites, it's an amazing gin. Another favourite is Brecon gin, it comes from just over the mountain from me and it's really good :)
