       @publius @ekes @dbazuin @CheRosach but the environmental impacts of a nuclear power station’s construction, operation, maintenance & decommissioning supply chain will be much bigger & affect many parts of the world.

       @publius @ekes @dbazuin @CheRosach convenient that the link doesn’t work & no corroborating research mentioned.  Independent life cycle assessment of both would be helpful & useful to normalise to MW but I stand by the point that the life cycle supply chain impacts of nuclear power are widespread & large.

       @publius @ekes @dbazuin @CheRosach thank you but another case of ‘server can’t be found’. The paper is about subsidies anyway. As regards the Stuttgart research, it dates back almost 30 years so is unlikely to reflect current techniques & technologies.  As regards decommissioning, I am unable to take the claims you make seriously.  I don’t think we will ever reach agreement in this subject area so the debate is closed as far as I am concerned.
