       @calculsoberic There is a perception that cheeses improve with age, because it gives the microbes more time to work and the cheese can absorb different flavors. The idiom is trying to say that a person’s age shouldn’t be used as a measure of their quality/maturity the same way the age of a cheese is used to determine quality
