       @10leej LXQT is awesome. Very light, very modular. By default it comes with Openbox window manager, but you literally can pick any window manager from the settings.I've heard criticisms, that it is suppossed to be so lightweight, but pulls a bunch of KDE dependencies... but it's only if it's used with Kwin (which is a great option for all the compositing and fluff), but you can pick something lighter, or even a tiling WM.

       @thelinuxcast I guess for quality of life on such system it makes sense to use as many small packages as possible + flatpaks. But I guess, you cannot avoid kernel or xorg upgrades...
