Bad news - There is a possibility of me being locked out of this account because of VPN protocols blocking in r*ssia (all of absturztaube domaibs are blocked here because of TOR node)I was planning to migrate instances anyway but in case I won't make it in time - my bunny comrade @untsuki (or his alt @tiredbun ) will make an announcement about thatP.S. I think I am taking a break from not making videos.I mean, I have two or three videos in production, but because of certain circumstances, I was not able to do them for months and lost all motivation, so I want to announce that I cancel video about game @untsuki made and putting the other one on hold with vague plans on full script rewrite.Instead, I will make several more casual videos to fix upload schedule and regain motivation.

Every time I see news about some small scientific discovery I see people in comments complaining that "those scientists" "should be solving global problems".Hot take: Scientists are people too, and they are doing their job, in that case, researching something that has not been researched before, but something that can be researched with amounts of personel, tools, and budget they have.I think they feel like developers would feel being happy about creating their small android app but then random non-tech people getting angry saying they should have fixed technical issues of cloud gaming (which they have no relation to)

Current channel progress not related to specific video:- I have made minor fix to intro animation, now exporting it as Alpha Mov format with transparency instead of mp4 with green background. It should get rid of green pixels visible in this animation in future videos.- I adopted tiredbun's theme (called Astral) for KDE Plasma on my main machine. We are slowly working on fixing bugs and getting global theme ready before first public release.- I recently migrated to NixOS, which did not harm video creation workflow. I made several drafts for a video about it, but currently it seems that I cannot produce a quality talk on that without adding amount explanations worthy of several videos.- Work is being done on getting project files ready for possible opening of video sources. Licensing is a mess, videos may no longer be fully reproducible, and I am not sure it will even be useful to anyone, but at the same time working in that direction seems to improve general tidiness.Screenshot of KDE desktop with …
