Just a reminder to everyone when the right says that mainstream internet companies have a left bias they're full of crap. 99% of their content violate the ToS for most sites, yet they're still allowed to keep posting.

@tante I'm so sick of companies going rouge and creating work for me when I have to move to a more ethical service.This is why I tell people to use open source platforms, cause the likelihood of having to deal with garbage like this is far lower.

You know you're on Discord when you join a "server" and the room list is so long you have to scroll for eternity. I dislike that kind of clutter so much.Also use Element/Matrix if you can and avoid Discord, gawd their privacy is so bad.

@stanford I personally hate bridges, the IRC to Matrix bridge was incredibly buggy.I'd rather just run two clients or go cold turkey than deal with the issues I had with the IRC Matrix bridge.
