@stux since ultra wide-screen monitors I make do with the screen of a phone or with 49 or 57 inch ultra wide. Nothing in between seems nice enough.

@OpenTech_AUC one of the nice features of running your own instance is that you can increase the number of allowed characters to something a bit more than the default. That way you can fit those URL's (and your argumentation that has nicely formed sentences instead of abbreviated ones) in your toots and your reactions. I strongly recommend doing that. #mastoadmin

In light of the #Outlook changes I wholeheartedly recommend @thunderbird #thunderbird as an #email client.Also works fine as #calender client and as #todo list.There is no need to use #Microsoft for your daily Internet presence.

@matthew I don’t get what it is exactly that you want. Do you want to run something easy on Linux? Then use virt-manager to run kvm VM’s with qcow images. Do you need a virtualization thing to run on windows? Then I cannot help you more then by giving the advice to just don’t. #opensource first!
