Anyone seen something like this? https://github.com/kanishka-linux/reminiscenceI am looking for a proper, self-hosted page archiver tool. reminiscence looks close but I really need/want mobile app support too. Right now I use a one note notebook to catalog all my stuff long term. Super helpful for when sites go offline and the like.

the more i work with the keyboard layout at artsey.io (pic of the 8 key layout attached) the more i'm thinking of getting my hands on a hardware design that is 100% meant to run this keyboard layout. i'll even commission one if i have to...if you're a one handed typist, can you weigh in on the layout as well as providing a bit of feedback to the below questions?- does the layout look reasonable?- folks are reporting 30-40 word per minute speeds without real focus and 50 words per minute when focused. is this sufficient for your daily use?- is the lack of a thumb key a problem?- if you'd want/need a thumb key would it be best to have a single thumb key or two thumb keys?- if this was available as a pre-built keyboard, is there a price range you'd be willing to share?

it should be pointed out ive spent years learning to solder and code firmware stuff if youre looking at my keyboard 'stuff' and other projects wondering how it can be done: 10+ years and lots of failure, most failure unseen. were talking the great flood levels of failure here. failure includes a non trivial amount of money spent on electronics that ended up destroyed due to bad programming, bad soldering, a poorly timed sneeze (seriously: a sneeze), coffee spills, alcohol spills, water spills and moreive also written a LOT of horrid code. most of it never worked initially but got there after hours upon untold hours of effortI also have scars from soldering iron burns, knives that slipped, acrylic work, a dremel wheel exploding and moreI fail far more often than meets the eye. I promise.

Remember folks, just because *YOU* can't handle a year of 'isolation' away from others doesn't mean the rest of humanity feels that way.A *LOT* of people are high functioning with an anxiety diagnosis and a year away from humanity was likely an amazing year for their symptoms and management needs.Getting back to 'normal' for such folks will take time, a TON of effort and more than a few fist fulls of Xanax to keep the doom spirals at bay.Keep this in mind before you start applying pressure and giving people shit about not being super available for 'socialization'. There are many forms and in-person is NOT the best form for a lot of humans roaming the planet.Also remember how many jackasses in so many places are NOT vaccinated or full of the necessary antibodies to keep the COVID infection at bay. This fact makes an anxious mind even worse when it comes to re-normalization of being around humanity.
