@stux yet another cultural clash between Europe and the USA. Of course you’re right. If waiters or any services employee doesn’t have a decent salary, it’s not because they’re not tipped enough. It’s because their employment is exploiting them. Also, tipping for the economy sucks since it’s not taxed. Another thing most Americans don’t understand. The usefulness of well taxed economy. Social democracies thrive on that because health, education and public security are mostly free
