@futurebird yes. Having two eyes allows one to judge distance. Having eyes near other sensory organs lets you focus on a single thing with multiple senses at the same time. Signal processing being near the sense organs speeds up processing. All that makes a head.

@stux EU, Interpol, government arrest. Surely he has broken laws or will while he is there. Or arrest his handlers for elder abuse for allowing a dementia patient to wander over national borders and put him in protective custody.
