@mhjohnson Thanks!I'll start experimenting with lists and see if they can help make navigation easier.It's annoying that Mastodon, a service which ostensibly cares about our attention in opposition to Big Tech, still doesn't offer crucial features.It's also, as far as I can see, impossible to turn off infinite scroll.

@BoredStupid The problem, IMO, is not having the "wrong" laws of physics. The problem is the inconsistency. Everything changes when the plot requires it.And the whole idea of a slightly stronger than average dude - Captain America - and a human bowslinger fighting side by side with demigods.

@jessecoynelson @Salmonspawn @adam I don't listen to podcasts sped up, and rarely other content either.However, being interested in e-ink I follow My Deep Guide on youtube (https://www.youtube.com/@MyDeepGuide) and I want to extract the information from his videos as quickly as possible. Listening to him at 1.25x makes him sound natural if a tad slow.I have noticed the ill effects though, mainly irritability, and will maybe go back to 1.0x even for him :)

@ChadF @adam Doesn't this run the risk of making chapters hard to read?For me, chapters are about quickly getting an overview of the content and jumping to a particular part of the podcast. I don't particularly care about who gave what amount of sats, and those "chapters" would drown out the content chapters. With enough boosts the normal chapters would be drowned out completely.

@adam @ChadF I'm listening to show 1600 now. The chapter list is completely spammed with sat notifications and it's difficult to find the "real" chapters. So, yes, unfortunately, it is a problem for me.This is using AntennaPod, if that makes a difference.
