@ChrisWere No, I am blaming the Trump voters, just if they are voting Trump there was obviously nothing that could have stopped them from voting for that whack-job. It is the third-party voters and those who don't vote that will take enough lead from Harris to lean the vote towards Trump.

@ChrisWere If nonvoters voted we would have those things by now. A lot of the time those that don't vote are the ones that don't feel represented in any way, which is a valid feeling. Yet, by not voting the victory is given to the rightward candidate, moving the next election right, making less people vote. It absolutely is nonvoters' fault that America is the way it is now. Voter apathy is the worst issue facing America at the moment, yet parties do nothing because it benefits them.

@Sturmflut @MuhammadFreeSoftware @eliasr @Tutanota Mobile Linux *isn't* ready for non-tech-savvy people yet. Things break and need manual intervention enough that somebody who has no experience with that would be lost. Also losing messages, missing calls, or alarms not going off is not the best for somebody who just wants something to "just work". Work is being done to fix this (especially with alarms and calls), but it is slow and hard work.

It's concerning to me that arguably *the* way to get Linux apps, Flathub, has all of its packaging data hosted on GitHub, with seemingly no plans to move away from it. With the direction GitHub is going, I am worried that Flathub will want to move and it'll be too late to do it cleanly.#Flatpak #Flathub #Linux

I've been wanting to make postmarketOS more accessible but I only have a surface-level understanding of what is needed. Is there, like, a term for all these crowd-funded phones coming out that are just Android phones but don't use Android userspace? Like, they normally are just halium phones because the vendors are too lazy to actually upstream drivers, meaning the phone will eventually die when updates become unprofitable to the manufacturer. I need just, like, a good summary word for them. Like FOSS-Washed Phones. Halium slop (but then that sounds mean to the halium project). Corpo Mobislop?
