       @paula I watched far more of this meeting than was tolerable. Listening to people rattle off a bunch of nonsense presented as fact is very exhausting. The bright spot, if any could be found, was the unintentionally hilarity of listening to Montana State Superintendent Elsie Arntzen and an anti-ALA caller vow to "Build Back Better" after withdrawing from ALA.

       @paula They always manage to trot out someone who lived under an authoritarian regime to decry the dangers of socialism as it relates to the implementation of any modern social welfare programs. It's such a tired trope, but they eat it up just the same.
