@gnulinux Alternativposition: Ist wahrscheinlich nicht vollkommen falsch, aber letztendlich auch nur eine Verstärkung eines Phänomens, dass bei anderen Releasetaktungen auch existiert. Auf konzeptueller Ebene spricht das dann vielleicht weniger gegen Rollig Release Modelle und mehr dagegen, wie die meisten Linux-Distributionen derzeit strukturiert sind.Ist für mich letztlich nur ein weiterer Grund warum weniger kaputtbare OS-Konzeptionen a la Silverblue und MicroOS die Zukunft darzustellen. Und so oder so ist Manjaro natürlich auch eine ziemlich zusammengeschusterte Distro und sollte vielleicht nicht als repräsentativ für andere professionellere RR-Distros angesehen werden. ;-)

@gnulinux Odera man benutzt einfach #openSUSE #Tumbleweed oder #MicroOS, dann bekommt man's schnell UND getestet und relativ stabil. Gnome 44 ist bei mir schon drauf und die neueste KDE-Version gab's wohl auch ziemlich direkt zum Release.
