#Linux sometimes claims it's better because of offering choices.Well that may be true but in cases a user explicitly does not want to choose.Let's say a users optined in for #GNOME, then it is sometimes painful that one application is based on #qt while another is using #gtk.In order for #Linux to become the best option for #Desktop computing, it needs to streamline more.

@fascinating_bastard Allright, I'll make it easy for you to understand.Sometimes apps follow the guidlines of your theme / font / choosings. May they the the system's default settings or your own, doesn't matter.Also keyboard shortcuts. Some applications will close when you press Alt + F4, others don't. Some will quit when you press CTRL + Q, other's wont.On macOS every app will quit, when you press CMD + Q.

After tinkering around with #IPv6 on mikrotik I need to mention:- no traceroute for v6- remote syslog is #lPv4 only- an interface with an /64 address in default will advertise the prefix- ntp client also seems to be v4 only, at least a 2. pool only gets v4 addresses

Is there an easier way to find a hosts #UID for #IPv6 #DHCPv6 than just to sniff traffic?I need to create static assignments on my #OpenWrt device but the router doesn't show the DHCPv6 clients at all and the client aren't either.This is really annoying.

War ja klar. https://meine.kfw.de ist hoffnungslos überlastet. Die 500.000.000 € Förderpool kann unser Minister mal schnell auf 5.000.000.000 € erweitern, sonst wird das nix in Deutschland mit der #Energiewende

Selbst der Mailserver der #kfw spuckt keine Emails mehr aus. Irgendwie auch etwas blauäugig eine Subventionierung herauszubringen, die gerade einmal für 50.000 Förderungen genügt.#Photovoltaik

@tschaefer Schon witzig. Auf dem Papier bin ich für die Stelle unterqualifiziert, tatsächlich bin ich mehr als überqualifiziert.Schon schade, dass die ganzen Ämter so unflexibel mit ihrem Tarf-Scheiß sind. Kein Wunder, dass die Leute eher in der freien Wirtschaft Stellen bekleiden möchten.
