@vervein @qdot @sean_aeNostr and Bluesky are for-profit companies, if they publish their code or not.That means, that your own code additions, suggestions or corrections are not necessarily being accepted, just because everybody can read them -> there is company control.But of course they are happy about contributions to the code, because that spares them cost for devs.Both protocols are proprietary -> idiotic.If they offer free accounts atm, the only way to make money is user data collection and selling.If they offer paid accounts to circumvent that, then they'll need to get a very large user base first -> reason for the invite codes we currently see.That would still not mean, that they won't sell user data.Anyone joining is only cannon fodder.

@LPS Just to add to this, i had severe problems with Nextcloud on updates they serve, so i had to completely deinstall this in March. Nextcloud updates are prone to fail, if for 3rd party plugins, that don't follow the update schedule properly. And there is next to no service, besides the user forum

@栄屯 Almost. You should be able to upload a multitrack wav as part of additional files. Eventually you need to change the file ending to .zip or .jpg or .pdf to be able to do so, then advice downloaders to change that back to .wav manually.
