Calling the bank is always a cumbersome experience. It seems like they're always busy, with lots of waiting time, only to be greeted by someone who doesn't fully understand your problem or doesn't have the authority to fix it.

I've been a @1password customer since 2012, and I totally understand that they need to make money, but why not be happy with just a little income to keep yourself and your employees happy? Why do companies always feel the need to grow and earn more money?Now they're partnering with some AI company.
