@BrodieOnLinux I tried to watch the soap and to be honest... I've been working in the Linux landscape for a very long time and I never heard about "techrights.org" are they a legal organ or something? Sorry if being ignorant but I really don't know.

@Lioh You know KDE3 got forked into #Trinity right? https://www.trinitydesktop.org/You can install this in a matter of seconds on many distributions and actually has better support for things. Just my 2 cents.

@BrodieOnLinux Great that you covered it! Many thanks. Did you see my post on how a distro (could) use that? It is far more then the convenience a #Gentoo user could have. Actually as I prove in my work for the distro I am working on, it can certainly lower the CO2 footprint because we do not have to redo a lot of compiling. I guess upstream #Gentoo missed that selling point. Cheers and thanks! https://allthingstech.social/@joostruis/111671584980627339

@selea For me it is. Better then expected. Before you do you should check your kernel config. https://github.com/mocaccinoOS/desktop/commit/7e519b07a7af17d0d3550a1e4c546f2b2856a601I had to enable a few things. You also must be able to enable Resizable (Re-Size) BAR in your BIOS. (And that only works with UEFI)Have a look here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000091128/graphics.html

@BrodieOnLinux Yeah. When we moved from Sabayon to Mocaccino our idea was we provide layers for DE's and users can use flathub, appimages or docker to achieve what they need. Some called us crazy back then, but here we are!

@BrodieOnLinux If the GNOME board didn't want to give much attention to the matter I trust they had good reasons for it. (and good manners) How does it make the Manjaro people look if they seek this kinda attention through Youtube video content makers? To me it makes them look like a bunch of crying kids. But that is just how I look at it.

@selea really? I didn't know about the 3GB VRAM limit. How did you learn about this?
