feeling super pleased for future generations of young people that mental health conversations are being continuously normalized/pushed to the mainstream. like, if someone had sat me down at 12/13 and said “hey yeah, so, uh, thinking about killing yourself ALL THE TIME is actually not normal and not healthy for you, but you’re not alone and here’s a bunch of shit you can do to cope” things would have probably been a lot easier for me growing up
