@lauren Republicans are hitting that “woke” well pretty hard. They might want to pace themselves. How about saying this was due to the “War on Christmas”? Or dirty song lyrics made them do it? I’m sure if they tried hard enough they could blame it on drag shows.

@lauren And yet on old low-budget shows like the original run of Doctor Who the sets were brightly lit and you could see the wobbly walls, bubble-wrapped alien grubs and strings holding up spaceships. Seems counter-intuitive to me. Is the sound okay? Making the dialog hard to hear seems to go along with dim lighting.

@lauren On a positive note, writing corporate apology letters is much easier. I asked Bard to write one for this and blame it on open-source. It looked line any of the other's I've seen over the years.

@lauren I did get it to add this line by asking that the company present itself as dog lovers: "As a token of our apology, we are also offering you a free dog toy." Funny but not imaginative. That's the gist of what I've found with Bard, ChatGPT and Bing. They would make a boring individual.

@lauren Yes, please. I tried it with 500ms buffers and also I needed to choose the aac audio codec to get it to play sound on the computer. This looks useful.
