I also wanted to include the silhouette of the boat in the shot. So, I had to figure out the right way to use the light to not blow out that part of the image while also making sure to get the silhouette to show up. I think that’s one of the many things I love about ICM, the experimenting with all the knowledge I have of photography. Really fun to mix and match techniques to create something new!

@tilvids @mozilla Firefox is my default. Unfortunately I’ve been noticing an increasing number of sites that seem to not work properly with the privacy settings I use on Firefox. Mostly job application sites and some social media sites.

Hey #fediverse ! I'd like your help and support in something. I'm going to do something that goes against a lot of what I've been told by the 'marketing experts'. I'm gonna do a sale here and only talk about it here. I'm not going to do a FLASH SALE and try to create FOMO with people in order to try to trick (in my opinion) people into buying my prints. I believe in my photography and will continue to do it no matter what. However, I wanted to see how this would be received here.

On my second attempt at sunrise at Angkor Wat, I wasn’t really seeing the colors in the sky that I wanted. There were some nice colors but nothing that grabbed my eye. So, I decided to try something I haven’t done in years where you zoom in/out with your lens as you expose for a few seconds. This exposure was 4 seconds. Really pleased with the results I was able to create and look forward to sharing more. #Photography #joshuahallerphotography #angkorwat #travelphotography #sunrise
