@chebra @The_Mad_Pirate @phoe Because it's logically inconsistent. When anyone tries to implement it falls appart under the weight of its own contradictions, and devolves down to the arbitrary decision of whoever happens to have the moral franchise in the scenario.

Ok... I am seriously impressed with Ghidra (https://ghidra-sre.org/). It's an open-source reverse engineering tool written by the NSA.I never really used IDAPro much because of my open source obsession. But this is amazing! Thanks for the tip @biot

@ebel There's no need to rebuild anything. Every single one of my users already is as diverse and unique an individual as any other.

@sjbHave you heard of Sixels?https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/SixelA more modern standard is kitty's 2d graphics protocol, which has gained a little popularity: https://sw.kovidgoyal.net/kitty/graphics-protocol.html

@sjbThe problem is that a TTY needn't be attached to a terminal... it could just as well be attached to a serial port, a kernel VT, an SSH server, or a GUI terminal emulator not running in X e.g. wayland

@sjbThe point of wayland is that most of the time the X11 protocol is pointless, because the client and the server are the same machine. As in Windows X11 is still going to be available off to the side, not as the backbone of the display server

@sjbWaypipe handles that part: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mstoeckl/waypipeIt's a lot more efficient to send rendered frames instead of zillions of RPC draw commands.... which is what most X clients do already anyway

@lundukeHi Bryan, I'm hear to tell you that Antifa who burned down your city, and created an autonomous zone inside it, do not in fact exist. They are just an idea.Stop spreading conspiracies. You're smarter than that.

@Raspberry_Pi I'm moved by the Raspberry Pi Build HAT - the closest thing I've found that could compare to the awesome LEGO 9701 robot kit and LEGO Dacta 70909 PC Interface from the '90s:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f6qNRldNptghttp://www.blockcad.net/dacta/

I suspect that reports of Twitter's death may be rather exaggerated.

I found it! This is the Lego Technic 8888 Ideas Book (1980). Slightly before my time, but still a huge source of inspiration to me when I was a little boy.My daughter saw it and immediately demanded to know why they don't make anything like this any more.To me, Lego Technic should have never stopped being this.(1/4)

And to round out the book, building on the punch card design from the crane, we have the piece-de-resistance: the mine blowing mechanical pen plotterhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7J-rInYL42E(4/4)

@EU_Commission @EC_Commissioner_Breton Just a naked power game. With Twitter censorship halted, you lost the ability to control the narrative. You can't have citizens actually speaking their mind - they would say true things for which you have no answers. Therefore, Twitter must contained at all costs!

@EU_Commission @EC_Commissioner_Breton In the sham-democracy, the oligarchs only maintain power by controlling the flow of information, which is why they are so desperate to make sure you don't say things that challenge their narratives, which is what they mean when they say "disinformation".

@EU_Commission @EC_Commissioner_Breton You didn't care when Twitter was filled up with CP, did you?But you care now that people can counter-signal your narratives - oh yes your do.
