Hoy un toot me ha dado una idea para un relato de ciencia ficción. Es algo que no me pasa desde hace al menos 15 años, cuando tenía tiempo de sobra para tener ideas. Es posible que intente escribirlo durante las vacaciones pero, ¿lo hago en español o en inglés? Por un lado vivo aquí y pienso en inglés, por otro lado me preocupa que sea tan aburrido como un paper que es lo único que escribo en inglés. Pero, si lo escribo en castellano, ¿quién lo leería?

Calculus is an aberration based on the ideological stance that the real numbers are a reasonable field we should care about over other more reasonable fields such as Q-bar. The only reason that Calculus is a hard science is because it allows limits. Maths without limits is a significantly softer and more pleasant science and yes, that includes inverse limits in category theory. Ban Calculus.
