My town has an overpass that goes over an interstate highway. Today I brought Jim and, along with about a dozen people, stood out there with our NO KINGS banners. So much traffic, so many appreciative honks. So hot! We'll be out there every Sunday. Do what you can. #NoKings

@futurebird When I moved in to my house a few years ago it was the first time I'd owned a TV (because I had a place big enough to have one and not just watch stuff on the computer). We don't really get OTA stuff here (in a weird valley) and so I use it exclusively for Plex, listening to music (I'm a no-Spotify person) and sometimes just looking at Astronomy Photo of the Day.

@futurebird I switched from stovetop kettle to electric (plug in base) when I moved here and it's SO GREAT. My only complaint was that a nice normal kettle had a bright blue LED on it. Easy enough to unhook and now it is perfect.

@dalias @anon_opin @zenia I work in a public library and there's a handful of people I see regularly who don't have smart phones including our library director. And they just use the libraries free computers. I think it's really important to have multiple ways of interacting with companies and governments that aren't just limited to smartphone apps.
