Hey Masto friends🤗I have some major adjustments to contend with for the next 6 weeks. No weight bearing at all. #Today we bought crutches, and now how to maneuver them without a head injury 😂I will muster up all the positive energy possible to not loose my optimistic nature, meditation is one of them. I don’t know how to NOT workout, but I guess I’ll figure it out. I didn’t realize I hurt my wrist because the damn ankle was a bitch.Call orthopedic Dr on Mon. Ibuprofen/Tylenol for pain🙄

Still at Urgent Care but X-rays reveal ankle is fractured in 2 places. They going to put on a cast soon. My hand is not fx but sprained and wrapped. I’ll post more later. Thank you guys for being good friends 🤗#Today
