Just gonna flag that in my first month on Mastodon, I have had way more randos jump into my mentions to tell me I'm wrong than I had in multiple years on Twitter.

Been movin' around with this floppy for like 20 years and finally got my hands on a 3.5" drive to test it out. And miraculously, it could still be read. Even more miraculously, it had files on it I haven't seen since 2001, including a zip file I've been looking for for a while now.

I'm especially amazed because these diskettes would frequently go bad on the short trip between my house and my junior high.
